Position description

We are currently looking for Business Development Managers in Belgium,Netherlands,Germany,Austria who will be at the forefront of growing OYO Vacation Homes through partnerships with new homeowners.

Core responsibilities of this role will include finding and meeting new homeowners, building joint business plans, reviewing service level agreements, liaising with key stakeholders and onboarding new homes under the OYO Vacation Homes umbrella.


Our commercial model incentivizes both the volume of homes on boarded and actual revenue generated from the homes with no upper cap. The better an individual does, the more he / she stands to earn.


Competencies of a preferred Business Development Managers  :

- Entrepreneurship: Recognize new business opportunities and take calculated risks to accomplish organizational objectives with high level of ownership

- Master Negotiator: Effectively explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all stakeholders

- Sound business acumen: Make sound business decisions based on understanding of business, industry and competitors

- Relationship building: Identify opportunities and take actions to build strategic relationships between external and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals

- Analytical Skills: Always be data driven and analyze, interpret and evaluate internal and industry data to arrive at logical conclusions

- Communication and interpersonal skills: Clearly convey information/ideas through a variety of mediums in a manner that engages the audience, helping them understand and retain the message

- Integrity: Maintain and promote organizational, social and ethical standards and values in the conduct of internal as well as external business activities


We are doing a bunch of new and exciting things at OYO Vacation Homes. While there will always be interesting opportunities here and elsewhere, sometimes timing is what determines whether you get a chance to create a legacy or not
