This expert knows the country like the back of his hand and arranges your trip specifically for you. And now imagine there was a place you can go to find these experts: Welcome to trip.me - the online platform for personalized an tailor-made travel directly from the local destination experts.

As Account & Product Manager at trip.me you are creating the connection between travellers and local destination experts. You are responsible for developing a successful relationship with your own accounts, work self-dependent and have the opportunity to contribute to current projects. You are responsible to set your own goals aligned with the company vision and meet them down the line.

In your daily work you get to know the ties between and interests of various stakeholders and learn to manage them effectively and efficiently. That means being in direct contact with our local partners all around the world to give them business advice and help them grow to their full potential, and to consult and assist travellers before, during or after their trip.

You will be part of a small international team, have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to reality and contribute to making the trip.me way of travel THE way of travel.

Your responsibilities:
Managing own portfolio of partners worldwide + optimizing their product and performance
Successfully developing country specific product portfolios
​Providing constant feedback and support to your accounts, travellers and to other departments at trip.me
​Acquisition and selection of new partners
Competitive & market analysis
Understand customer needs with the goal to optimize processes, products and marketing accordingly
Ensuring highest quality standards and customer service level for all travellers
B2B + B2C communication

Functie eisen

English fluent, both written and spoken
Quick learner with interest in self-development
Excellent face-to-face and phone communication skills (B2B + B2C)
Proactive and committed issue solver with sense of responsibility
Business focussed with positive, goal driven “can do” attitudeAbility and motivation to work independently towards a team goal, result-oriented and with focus on priorities
Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills, number-mind and an eye for detail
Well organized with effective and efficient working style
Strong interest in eCommerce, Tourism & Travel and the trip.me way of travel (touristic background beneficial)
Team player that enjoys to work in an international team
