For our hotels and residences in several winter sports areas
in the French Alps
we are looking for staff for the coming winter season. The specific locations are Chatel, Belle Plagne, Val Thorens, Saint Sorlin d’Arves, Alpe d’Huez, Vaujany, Les Deux Alpes and Risoul. You can always tell us your preference, bearing in mind you can be assigned to any destination.
As a team we do the job and we help each other. That’s why we are looking for multitaskers
who like to be deployed on the different roles if the work requires this. We want to give our customers a great holiday experience and make them feel at home during their stay

- You are at least 18 years old
- You are available at earliest from beginning of November until maximum end of April
- Making guests happy is your priority
- You are a team-player, flexible, open-minded and independent
- You can work hard and don’t have a 9-5 mentality
- You are fluent in English and preferably French and Dutch
- You love to go on the slopes in your spare time

How does a week look like?
You will work 39h/ week, 6 days a week. You will make a schedule for the week. The work to be preformed can change every week according to the team and guests needs. You will have one day off in the week. What does SDP offers?

It is not a must to have a diploma from a tourist school. We are looking for experienced staff members that are enthusiastic, motivated and flexible. We want to organize a cheerful and convivial minded team with one goal: make the guests happy.How does the recruitment process work?
- After you filled in the online form you receive a confirmation
- If your application suits our expectations, we will contact you and invite you for a recruitment day on October the 3rd, 2018.
- At the recruitment day we will give you a personal interview, we will ask you to give a presentation and solve several cases.
- After the selection day we will let you know if you are hired.
You will receive a French working contract. More information about the conditions and the contract will be given at the selection day. Insurance
You need to keep your home country medical insurance. Papers
At the recruitment day we will ask you to prepare some administrative papers in order to be able to work in France. This will be one of the condition to be hired. You will need to open a French bank account. Do I need my driver’s license?
No you don´t need a driver license but on some destinations it can be very useful! Lodging
SDP will arrange a place to stay during your season. Most of the times you will share an apartment or a bedroom with one or more of your colleagues. Travel expenses
If you live in the Netherlands and if your availabilities and contract dates suit the SDP busses departures to France, we will take care of your return journey. If, for any reason you are not available on that day, you will have to pay for your trip and we will refund up to 50€ per trip. Salary
On the selection day you will receive an indication of the monthly salary. Availability and duration of the season
