As a Scheduling Analyst you will optimize our crew productivity by analyzing our current ways of working and making optimizations and improvements where possible. You will maximize the crew roster productivity and whilst doing so, also maximize our ENPS scores.
As a Scheduling Analyst you are responsible for advising the management regarding Crew Scheduling Analyses and you will support in implementing a policy and securing the legislation of for example EASA-FTL, CBA’s,… You are responsible for preparing content regarding CBA councils, LM Meetings and other.
As a Scheduling Analyst you are responsible for the optimized functioning of all IT Systems concerning Scheduling. You will make sure you improve the performance of our crew planning by analyzing and evaluating the available data (for example but not limited to flight hours, duty hours, nights away from base, sickness, overtime, holiday planning,…).
As Scheduling Analyst you will report into the Head of Scheduling and collaborate closely with the Crew Schedulers and the Schedule Controllers.
- Bachelor studies or equal by experience
- Experience with project management
- A flexible style, adapting behaviors and policies according to the situations
- Structured and coordinated, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to plan & organize and to coordinate between different parties
- A strong communicator with crew across the business and other internal stakeholders
- Eager to learn and a born self-educator
- You have excellent analytical skills and are able to cope with complex and ambiguous variables and tasks
- This role requires strong business English & Dutch (written & spoken).
