Cook - Summer Season 2025

The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu standards. This role involves working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that meals are nutritious, appealing, and delivered in a timely manner, while maintaining high culinary and safety standards.

Your impact

In your role as cook you:

• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring items as needed for various recipes.

• Cooking: Execute cooking tasks in a timely manner, ensuring that each dish meets quality standards for flavor and presentation.

• Following Recipes: Adhere to recipes and instructions provided by the Senior Cook, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish prepared.

• Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all cooking utensils and equipment are readily available and properly sanitized.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Cook and other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service, ensuring smooth workflow during busy periods.
