JOB DESCRIPTION
You are working as part of the music department and are responsible for all concerts, promotion of these concerts and overall logistics for our music tours. At the same time you are in contact with the client regarding the tour(s), you make sure the quality of the tours are up to standard and all is being delivered within the budget and timeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create tailor made tour itineraries which includes finding the perfect venues for your music group;
- Arrange all logistics related to the performances (instrument rental. Truck, masterclasses, exchange opportunities etc).
- Client and vendor management
- Find new vendors throughout Europe and negotiate the best possible terms & conditions
- Communicate with Tour Managers before/during the tour
- Assist the client during the tour throughout Europe
- Take charge of music productions at different venues
- Budget management and admin tasks of your tours

WHAT DO WE ASK FOR?

You are a proactive, precise, creative individual with a helicopter view and not afraid to manage multiple tasks at the same time. You work well with your team and know how to prioritize your day in order to get the job done. Besides this we ask:

- A HBO (or equivalent) degree;

- Minimal 2 years experience as a project manager or experience within the music/travel industry

- For someone extremely organized who thrives in fast paced work environment

- You are flexible and love to travel

- For a likeable, communicative person; can speak/write in Dutch, English and deally one other foreign language

- An ambassador for our company. You know how to deal with clients and you love to be part of the hospitality industry
