Receptionist - Winter Season 2024 - 2025

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay. 

In addition to your reception duties, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and contribute to the overall success of the hospitality operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Your impact

• Welcome our guests with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Help maintaining the workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Support the cleaners team in their daily tasks.

• Have proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role.
• Are familiar with hotel operations.
• Master office tools including Pack Office.
• Are flexible as you adapt easily, embrace new cultures and will be there for our guests when needed.
