We are looking for Totally Season Guides in different villages in France.

• A monthly salary of € 1.820,-

What will you do

As a Totally Winter Guide you have a diverse range of tasks. You are the ultimate host who knows how to welcome all the students with a warm smile. You are the go-to person for all our guests. From recommending local attractions and arranging excursions to providing helpful information and being there when they need it.

Being a Totally Winter Guide isn’t a day-to-day job. It’s exciting and meaningful but can also ask a lot from you. Sometimes situations may arise which need a different approach or your full attention. Besides all stressful situations which may occur, it’s going to be one big adventure and experience of a lifetime!

You will be part of an enthusiastic team of guides that will feel like family. You’re all doing this together and can always lean on each other. Together you will make the best time.

You will also be involved in:

• Entertainment: You have the talent to organize the best parties and events. With your enthusiasm and vibrant energy, you host the most enjoyable activities. Whether it's exciting games or a barbecue party on the slopes, you handle it all!

• Creativity: No challenge is too crazy for you; you see it as an opportunity to do things differently. With your creative skills, you always manage to turn an unexpected situation into a positive experience, ensuring satisfied guests.

• Connection: Together with our partners at the destination, you ensure the ultimate holiday experience for our guests!

• Administration: You handle administrative tasks such as organizing guest arrival and departure lists, ordering ski passes, and managing finances.

What skills will bring you to the top of the iceberg?
You see holidays as a transformative experience and are eager to share that enthusiasm with our guests. You are at least available from November till April. You speak: Dutch, French or both. Our recruitment process will be in English.

• You have excellent communication skills: you easily connect with people, making them feel welcome and ensuring their needs are met.

• You are creative and energetic: you think outside the box and make every moment fun and entertaining.

• You have problem-solving skills: you thrive in dynamic environments, handling challenges with composure and finding innovative solutions.

• You are flexible: you adapt easily, embrace new cultures and will be there for our guests day and night.

• You are an organizational talent: you know how to manage everything at your destination, whether it is arranging excursions or handling the administration.
