You make guests feel welcome, supported, and inspired from the moment they arrive until the moment they fly home.

You work both digitally and on-site to ensure a smooth and unforgettable holiday experience. With your proactive mindset, problem‑solving skills, and warm personality, you create smiles every day.

What you’ll do

Be there for our guests — online and on destination.
Handle questions and complaints with empathy, creativity, and ownership.
Promote and sell excursions, upgrades, and add-ons that make holidays even better.
Represent Sunweb with pride at accommodations, excursions, and local events.
Work closely with our DMC and other partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Support in emergencies or irregular situations following the Sunweb Emergency Protocol.
Keep your tools and admin up to date — you know your way around Freshworks, SharePoint, and our Destination Tool.
Depending on your destination, you might:
Welcome guests at the airport and coordinate transfers, or
Focus on guest contact in resorts and digital support.
