Job responsibilities: • The creation and handling of reservations, queues handling • Frequent Flyer program • Providing service to CI customers on the phone, via email and through social media • Respecting the companies SOP and handling/communicate accordingly • All other tasks related to service like ticketing/BSP/fares/reissues/groups/refunds • Sales reporting • Customer feedback cases • Groups (ad-hoc and allotments) • Administrative tasks

Wat wij verwachten

Job requirements:

·       Minimum working experience of 2 years in the Travel Industry (airline or travel agent)

·       Accurate and communicative

·       Fluent in Dutch and English both written and oral. Mandarin is a plus

·       GDS experience, preferably Amadeus

·       Knowledge of IATA 1 and 2 (KLM 1 and 2)

·       MS Office (Word, Excel)

·       Motivated and a positive attitude towards teamwork

·       Enjoying to work in a diverse team and in an international environment

·       Stress resistant

·       37.5 hours per week (full-time) Monday to Friday

China Airlines (CI) is the largest airline of Taiwan, also known as Republic of China. Our head quarter is located in Taipei, Taoyuan International Airport. CI operates flights to more than 190 destinations in more than 29 countries across Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania.  

Our local branch office is located in Amsterdam. From this office we supervise and coordinate the daily sales and marketing operation in our 6 online stations in Europe and we are commercially responsible for the sales activities in the Benelux & Nordic region. In addition, we manage the sales activities in a number of off-line stations.
