Hotel Manager - Summer Season 2026

As an Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of dedicated staff members. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of service, optimizing hotel performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your impact

• Oversee and coordinate the operations day to day in the hotel, outside terrace on the slopes, snackbar and restaurant.

• Track stock levels of food and drinks, supplies and equipment. You oversee ordering what is necessary.

• Create the planning for your team of hospitality heroes, help in the recruitment and manage the team.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service according to the company operating procedures.

• Attend to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.

• Manage purchases, relations with suppliers and follow up invoicing.

• are comfortable to combine hospitality and F&B in this position.

• have strong communication skills and speak English/French, Dutch is a plus.

• are able to lead your team of hospitality specialists

• have a organizational talent and you are detail-oriented.

• are flexible as you adapt easily, embrace new cultures and will be there for our guests when needed.
