Pricing Specialist (Senior)

We’re looking for a Pricing Specialist (senior position) to join our team!
In this role, you’ll develop your expertise in Pricing, Data Analysis, Yield, and Revenue Management. Your mission: maximize sales margin for one of our key source markets (Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Denmark, Sweden, France and Germany) across both our Sun and Ski brands. You’ll collaborate with six other pricing specialists, each with their own strengths, and report to the Head of.

Location: Rotterdam (Hybrid – 50% in office)
Start Date: June/July 2026

Availability: Fulltime

Your impact

• Take full ownership of your assigned source market and ensure we deliver the right volume, to the right customer, at the right price and time.

• Steer the speed of sales and directly influence the commercial performance of Sunweb Group.

• Anticipate shifts in consumer demand and ensure the company responds quickly and effectively.

• Partner closely with our E-commerce, Product & Portfolio and Virtual Airline teams to attract the right customers and align marketing initiatives with pricing decisions.

• Build insightful reports and dashboards that support decision-making and help optimize contribution margins across teams.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Business/Commercial Analysis, preferably in tourism or a related sector. 

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism/ Leisure Studies.

• Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers and marketing.

• A passion for understanding customer behavior and identifying opportunities to improve price performance.

• Curiosity and an experimental mindset; you enjoy testing, learning, and iterating.

• Energy, proactiveness, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• The ability to thrive in a commercial, dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
