Receptionist - Summer Season 2026

The receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, he/ she is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing excellent service to ensure a memorable guest experience. He/ She also handle guest inquiries, process payments, and coordinate with various departments to meet guest needs.

Your impact

In your role as receptionist you:

• welcome our guests with a positive and helpful attitude.

• help maintaining the workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.

• assist with a variety of administrative tasks.

• answer phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

• support the cleaners team in their daily tasks.
